Suns to Re-Sign Bol Bol on One-Year Deal

Free agent center Bol Bol will be returning to the Phoenix Suns for another year,ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reports.

The Suns has the option to offer Bol a contract that could be up to 20% more than his previous minimal salary deal, thanks to holding his non-Bird Rights.

Last July, Bol, aged 24, joined Phoenix after being waived by the Orlando Magic. He played in 43 games off the bench, averaging 5.2 points and 3.2 rebounds in about 11 minutes per game.

For the Suns, re-signing low-cost free agents like Bol is crucial, given their limited options under certain roster restrictions.

Players like Eric Gordon, Drew Eubanks, Josh Okogie, and Damion Lee have declined their player options and are exploring free agency, though Lee is expected to return to the team.
