Sixers’ Tyrese Maxey Named NBA’s Eastern Conference Player of the Week

Sixers talented guard, Tyrese Maxey, had a standout week in the NBA, earning the title of Eastern Conference Player of the Week, as officially announced by the league on Monday.

Maxey, 22, began the ’23/24 season on a high note. He put up impressive numbers, averaging 30.3 points, 6.7 rebounds, and 6.3 assists with an impressive shooting percentage of .500/.560/.913.

This stellar performance played a crucial role in Philadelphia’s 2-1 record in the first week of the season.
