According to the Toronto Raptors, Scottie Barnes suffered a fracture to the third metacarpal bone of his left hand during Friday night’s game against the Golden State Warriors. As a result, he is sidelined indefinitely.
It’s a significant setback for the former Rookie of the Year, who has been enjoying career-best numbers across the board this season.
Through 59 games, he’s averaging 20.0 points, 8.3 rebounds, 6.1 assists, 1.3 steals, and 1.5 blocks per game, all of which are personal highs, while logging an average of 35.2 minutes on the court.
More to come….
