Pacers Eligible to Offer Andrew Nembhard $78.5 Million Contract Extension

The Indiana Pacers are eligible to sign Andrew Nembhard to a substantial contract extension this offseason, potentially worth $78.5 million over four years, as reported by Evan Sidery of Forbes Sports.

Nembhard, the breakout point guard for the Pacers, is represented by Life Sports Agency, which also handles Pascal Siakam, set for a lucrative long-term deal. Nembhard can officially sign his extension starting July 22, according to Sidery.

During the regular season, Nembhard averaged 9.2 points, 4.1 assists, and 2.1 rebounds per game with an impressive 49.8% shooting from the field across 68 games.

His performance was pivotal in the Pacers’ playoff run, where they reached the Eastern Conference finals but were defeated by the Boston Celtics.

In the postseason, Nembhard stepped up with averages of 14.9 points, 5.5 assists, and 3.3 rebounds per game, shooting an outstanding 76.9% from the field in 17 games.
