Despite these allegations, the Australian basketball icon has stepped forward to address the situation. During Friday’s practice, Giddey broke his silence on the online reports.
In response to questions, Slob Wizard maintained a reserved stance, stating, “I understand the question, but there’s no further comment right now.“

When pressed further, Giddey reiterated his position, emphasizing, “I get the question guys, I completely understand you guys want to know about it but just for right now, I don’t have anything to say,”

Concerns were raised about the potential distraction caused by Giddey’s allegations, prompting inquiries to Thunder head coach Mark Daigneault.
However, Daigneault chose not to provide a definitive answer, stating, “Personal matter and I have no comment on it. And that’ll be my answer on anything related.”
