Jalen Williams on Track to Play on Thursday vs Mavericks

The Oklahoma City Thunder are set to host the Dallas Mavericks in Oklahoma on Thursday night, with Jalen Williams returning to the lineup after being sidelined due to injury sustained against the Memphis Grizzlies.

Williams missed the Pacers game despite showing up for shoot-around, but he’s set to play against the Mavericks since he’s not on the Thunder’s injury report.

The Thunder are also among the best teams in the NBA and hold the first seed in the Western Conference with a 45-20 record in 65 games.

They have gone 7-3 over their last ten games and are currently in the middle of a three-game winning streak.

Most recently, the Thunder defeated the Memphis Grizzlies by a score of 124-93. Williams sustained an injury during the game and did not return.

He finished with seven points, two rebounds, three assists, one steal, and one block while shooting 3/6 from the field and 1/4 from three-point range in ten minutes of playing time.

Following the game against the Mavericks, the Thunder will conclude their homestand and play their next game on Saturday evening against the Memphis Grizzlies.
