Oshae Brissett has chosen not to accept his $2.5 million player option with the Boston Celtics for the upcoming 2024-25 season, sources tell Keith Smith of Spotrac.
This decision makes Brissett an unrestricted free agent for the upcoming offseason. Last offseason, the veteran forward signed a two-year veteran minimum contract with the Celtics.
During the Celtics’ championship-winning season, Brissett played in 55 games, averaging 3.7 points and 2.9 rebounds in 11.5 minutes per game.
