During her previous time with the Sparks, Sims was a reliable player, particularly in 2017, when she averaged 9.6 points and 3.5 assists per game, playing a key role in strengthening the team’s backcourt.
Throughout her WNBA career, Sims has been a well-traveled player. She was drafted by the Tulsa Shock in 2014 and later played for teams like the Dallas Wings, Minnesota Lynx, and Indiana Fever.
Sims’ best years came early in her career with the Tulsa Shock, now known as the Dallas Wings. She averaged 16.7 points per game in her rookie season and earned a spot on the WNBA All-Rookie Team.
