Free agent center Jonas Valanciunas has signed a three-year, $30 million contract with the Washington Wizards, as reported by ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
The Pelicans were anticipated to move Valanciunas this summer. He spent three seasons with the Pelicans and in his last season, he averaged 12.2 points, 8.8 rebounds, and 2.1 assists in 23.5 minutes per game across 82 games.
