The Charlotte Hornets have decided to waive guard Seth Curry, yet mutual interest persists in negotiating a new contract during the July free agency period, as per ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
Curry’s current contract required a decision today for the 2024-2025 season. In 22 games with the Hornets, Curry posted averages of 6.1 points, 1.6 assists, and 1.4 rebounds per game, while shooting 43.5% from the field and 42.0% from beyond the arc.
