Kings Sign Isaac Jones and Isaiah Crawford to Two-Way Deals

The Sacramento Kings have reached an agreement to sign Isaiah Crawford from Louisiana Tech on a two-way contract, according to Sean Cunningham of Fox 40. Also, Isaac Jones has agreed to a two-way contract with the club.

Jones, who stands at 6’7″ and began his collegiate career at Idaho, played alongside Jaylen Wells at Washington State last year. At 23 years old, he averaged 15.3 points and 7.6 rebounds last season.

Crawford, a 22-year-old small forward standing at 6 feet 6 inches, is known for his defensive skills and averages 16.3 points per game with an impressive 57.9% true shooting rate.

He brings a wingspan of 7 feet to Sacramento. He has a history of injuries, including tearing his ACL in his left knee twice in back-to-back seasons. He was named Conference USA Player of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year for CUSA.

In his final season at LA Tech, Isaiah Crawford averaged 16.3 points, 6.2 rebounds, 2.4 assists, 2.1 steals, and 1.7 blocks per game, shooting 41.4% from three-point range and 48.5% from the field.

Earlier today, the Kings also acquired Jalen McDaniels from the Toronto Raptors through a trade. Looking ahead, the Kings are expected to continue making changes to their roster this off-season, with the Chicago Bulls’ Zach LaVine emerging as a key target for a potential trade.
