Tyrese Halliburton Takes A Jab At Pat Beverly Following Pacers Game 6 Win “Con Man …”

The Indiana Pacers just punched their ticket to the Eastern Conference semifinals by taking down the Milwaukee Bucks in six intense games.

Their star point guard, Tyrese Haliburton, didn’t hold back his excitement over the series win. He took to social media, throwing shade at Patrick Beverley by quoting an old comment from Damian Lillard, a Bucks teammate.

In his post on X, Haliburton referenced a video where Beverley was talking smack about his game, using the caption “Con man. Flip from above the rim,” a nod to Lillard’s previous comparison of Beverley to the less-than-likable character Flip from the movie “Above the Rim.”

Lillard and Beverley, now on the same team, have had their share of beef in the past, with Lillard previously using that same quote to roast Beverley.

Haliburton’s tweet made it clear he’s not a fan of Beverley’s antics. This victory isn’t the first time the Pacers have outplayed the Bucks this season; they also defeated them in the in-season tournament.

Haliburton’s flashy performance in that game even drew a response from Lillard during a postgame presser. Now, with a solid 4–2 series victory over the Bucks, Haliburton couldn’t resist rubbing it in and teasing Beverley once again.
