Jaden McDaniels is set to mark his first appearance of the season against Atlanta this evening, as reported by Jon Krawczynski of The Athletic.
The Minnesota Timberwolves’ forward, who recently inked a five-year rookie scale extension, had been grappling with a left calf injury.
In his season debut against the Hawks, McDaniels is poised to return to the court after being sidelined since the initial preseason game on October 5th, when he initially suffered a left calf injury against the Dallas Mavericks.
McDaniels’ comeback is a welcome boost for the Timberwolves’ defensive lineup, leading Nickeil Alexander-Walker to shift to the reserve team.
