Training camp is just around the corner and the Toronto Raptors are hit with a disheartening news.
On Monday, the team revealed that Christian Koloko would be sidelined indefinitely due to respiratory problems.
Christian Koloko will not participate in training camp with the Raptors.
He continues to deal with ongoing respiratory issues that also kept him out of Summer League.

The announcement also conveyed that Koloko wouldn’t be joining the training camp in Vancouver, and they did not provide a specific date for his potential return.
Koloko, a 23-year-old, couldn’t participate in the summer league due to that same ailment.
In the 2022 NBA draft, Toronto selected Koloko as the 33rd overall pick in the second round.
Throughout the previous season, he managed to achieve an average of 3.1 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 0.5 assists per game in 58 appearances for the Raptors.
